Deer Harbor is the perfect spot to kayak or paddle board on Orcas Island. Just to the North of our waterfront location is the Deer Harbor estuary. There you will find birds, Otters and and intertidal species of the San Juan Island archipelago. In the same trip, Head south and tour the vertical walls of the Deer Harbor cliffs and keep an eye out for harbor seals and the pods of traveling Orcas. Paddle beneath the Madrona trees that overhang the shoreline. If you're up for an adventure, and the weather is participating, SUP Orcas will recommend trips to reef and Yellow Islands for experienced paddlers.
